event(2.1) instant poet

I am working towards a couple of Certifications through HTML Writer's Guild/International Webmasters Association. Someone from one of my classes turned us on to The Genuine Haiku Generator. I've had some fun with that since.

If you are not familiar with Haiku, I did a haiku page as an assignment for one of my classes that discusses the concept briefly.

I posted an earlier entry for becoming an instant artist. Now you can become an instant poet. Well, sort of. The haiku are randomly generated at the click of a button. But you participate in the creation process. And as the site states, each haiku poem that is generated is 1 in well over a trillion possibilities, so they will always be unique.

Here are a few thusly generated:

silky broad echo
leering fiery bluebirds
exalting, drifting

shadows meow faintly
monumental poets smile
hermits discover

puppies slobber, sounds
explode, masquerades ravage
free spirited small

You may have to click a number of times to get something that appeals to you, but each one seems to have some irresistible word combination. So go make some poetry! Post them to comments if you like.

hopeless corruption
snarls, barbarian frets, gray
formless infantile

hostages sob redly
rambling rippling fumbling trees
scramble, regretful

Why do these remind me of the Bush Administration?

derisive fierce crows
avenging, avenging
revelations doze

fiercely prying clown
ruminates tiredly, small gold
deliverymen rise

Small gold deliverymen? lol

I got two about rain-

raining lightly, soft
indiscreet crazy quicksand
embracing waters

nightmarish crazy
rainfall sniggering achy
crags hardening cruel

Fun! Some you could take this and that from and put together some nice ones.

mellowly leering
incognizant bluebirds swirl
lamely, loose dismal

quickly, nightmare aches
cruelly, crow laughing giggling
shrieking, forlornly

foggily, grave hides
hides, screeching hearts
rippling, dispairing

brutes shatter, ragged
churchyard crashes, fierce pikes pop
blindly, knives leap, still

squelching richly, rough
heart oozes oozes, cloud
scrambles, sorrow fades

And from other ones, "fumbling bee crying" and "raw icy ocean shaking".

This is stuff is dark.
